HELP US FILL THE BUS FOR HAITI!

A Community Coalition has been formed with the goal “TO DO GOOD.” Donations have allowed for the purchase of a school bus which will be filled with needed items and then shipped to an orphanage in Jeremie, Haiti. Items needed include the following:

Like new Children’s shoes, summer clothing, school supplies (pencils, pens, paper, backpacks, scissors, notebooks, crayons, colored pencils, chalk, etc.); Over the Counter MEDS (TYLENOL, Neosporin, Peroxide, band-aids, Adult & Children’s Vitamins); Hygiene Supplies (toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, towels, washcloths); Reusable plastic dishes and cups; bunk beds that can be broken down, sleeping mats, sheets, lightweight quilts; gardening supplies & spades, hoes, etc.

Cash donations are also accepted – checks may be made Payable to: Haitian Lutheran Mission Project. To donate or volunteer, call Immanuel Lutheran Church at 708-748-0558.
